The client is flooded with early in career associates who work 80-hour weeks with billable rates that exceed the value that they offer. The client spends hours getting these inexperienced consultants up to speed on their business while the principal focuses his efforts on maintaining the executive relationship. And selling more. And those bold and provocative strategies are oftentimes left unimplemented.

Founder & President
Ann is a management consultant with over 20 years of engagement leadership, executive coaching and change management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Her experience in industry and consulting enables her to deliver both strategy and implementation while providing the functional expertise to lead collaborative teams on aggressive timelines. Ann holds an MBA and has experience leading teams in both big pharma and at Andersen Consulting (Accenture).
Dawn is an experienced IT professional with strong delivery focus and over 20 years of experience managing IT transformation projects that drive business value. She has expertise in project management, business change and training, business analysis, process and customer journey definition, IT strategy and program and portfolio management. Dawn holds a Law Degree, has held several industry positions in big pharma, and was a principal consultant for PwC.
